Page 7: Porcelain Bridges

Porcelain bridges are another way to restore missing teeth, (besides for dental implants) used to restore a patient’s bite and prevent movement of opposing and adjacent teeth. When indicated, patient does not need to go through implant surgery, nor wait for 3 to 6 months to heal after treatment! Also, it is possible to go from a bridge to an implant (if the bridge fails) but the reverse is extremely difficult. In this porcelain bridge case, Dr. Mobasser raised the bite and corrected the original shape and color of the teeth, giving the patient an awesome result.
